Michael J. Salmanson, Shareholder
MR. SALMANSON founded our firm in 1999, as a spin-off from Mr. Salmanson's previous firm of Salmanson & Falcao, LLC. Prior to founding our firm, he practiced at Dechert, one of Philadelphia's largest law firms from 1986 to 1992. From 1992 to 1997, he practiced at the firm of Mager, Liebenberg & White. He has been named a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" every year since 2004 by Law & Politics Magazine in the field of labor & employment law.

Scott B. Goldshaw, Shareholder
MR. GOLDSHAW joined our firm in 2001, and became a shareholder in 2004. He began his legal career in 1995 as a law clerk to U.S. District Judge Samuel B. Kent. After completing that clerkship, Mr. Goldshaw practiced employment law and general civil litigation in New York City at Kaye Scholer, LLP (a 300+ attorney law firm) where he litigated on behalf of and provided counseling on employment matters to Fortune 100 companies, mid-sized corporations, public employers, a homeless shelter, and a wide array of individuals. Mr. Goldshaw practiced at Willig, Williams & Davidson (one of Philadelphia's best-known labor/employment law firms) from 2000 to 2001, where he litigated employment claims from inception through trial. He was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2006 and 2007 by Law & Politics Magazine.

Katie R. Eyer, Associate
MS. EYER joined our firm in 2007. She began her legal career as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Guido Calabresi, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, from 2004-2005. After her clerkship, she was awarded a prestigious Skadden Fellowship to work at Equality Advocates Pennsylvania (formerly the Center for Lesbian and Gay Civil Rights). She was employed by Equality Advocates from 2005 to 2007.
