We frequently review and negotiate executive and professional contracts and severance agreements. Our litigation experience includes discrimination claims; cases concerning restrictive covenants, wage payment, and severance pay; claims involving disability, health and other employee or individual benefits; and whistle-blower and False Claims Act claims. Our commercial cases include a wide variety of contract and tort claims. Firm attorneys are admitted to practice in federal and state courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.
